Returns
You have 15 days to return an unopened item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items whose plastic film has been removed will not be eligible for return.
Damaged Items
In case of defective or damaged products, please make an unboxing video and contact us immediately within 24 hours at support@thejoyjunction.com. Send us an email with pictures and videos of the damage. We will review the images and get in touch with you regarding your return. Approved items can be returned for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
